My Journey to Empowerment: Bridging Martial Arts, Parenthood, and Professional Growth

My martial arts journsy started in 1997. Since then, Tai Chi and Internal Martial Arts are a part of my everyday life.

I have expanded my knowledge into additional Martial Arts: Xing I, Bagua, kung fu, Western Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Krav Maga, chi-kung, and primarily Tai Chi.
It is a life-long journey, exciting and interesting one.

My goal is to provide a pleasant and comfortable environment for people to grow and succeed. It’s about being there from day one, helping you use martial arts to turn your life into a balanced, and more meaningful life.
 

As a professional Martial Arts Instructor, I’ve been privileged to see my students develop and discover their internal strengths, gain confidence and achieve remarkable results.

I have done many classes in the last few years, which I have converted into well-constructed online courses. Online classes provide many opportunities that did not exist before.
