Mission

"The Inner Power" provides a solution for the holistic development of students; through adapted martial arts exercises, adapted breathing, and mindfulness exercises, the trainee learns methods to deal with challenges, difficulties, and frustrations, which empowers self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

Empowering children to overcome difficulties with the skills to set and achieve personal goals fosters responsibility and autonomy. Emphasizing martial arts principles fosters self and social awareness, prevention of violence, and the creation of teamwork and positive conduct.

 

"The inner strength" offers a comprehensive and different approach, instilling values such as resilience and respect and cultivating inner and outer abilities. This program is not just martial arts training but a journey toward people with inner strength, calmness, confidence in making decisions, and the capability to face various challenges.
