Modern Life Balance- or “are you feeling exhausted and drained? “



Many modern individuals incorrectly think that comfort is the secret to happiness.


However, although people are more comfortable than ever thanks to warm homes, stocked refrigerators, and enough free time... those people are often exhausted, out of shape, dejected, and walking with their heads down.


Meanwhile, we all want to be full of QI (energy) and smiling from ear to ear, even though sometimes we have hardships and need to overcome difficulties.



But how is it even feasible? What makes it possible?


The harmony of Yin and Yang (Hard and Soft, Cold and Hot, Action and Inaction) is the secret of happiness.


If you think leading a "soft life" makes you happy, you see one side of the story.


You must actively seek out difficulty and challenge—leading a Yin & Yang life—if you want to feel joyful, energized, and alive in the current times.


For instance:

Do a set of exercises not only when you feel like it or when it comes easy, but do so even when it is an intense battle with your mind. It will make you stronger (externally and internally) every day, and be pleased with your triumph and overcoming struggles.


This will make it so that when your "battle" is over, and you return to your "soft life" at home after such triumph, you will exhale calmly with your whole body and soul and know that you genuinely deserve those peaceful and relaxing moments.


On the other side, many individuals who do not comprehend Yin & Yang will seek out softness in defeat. This means that they will not work toward overcoming the hardships of life, Yin & Yang will go out of balance, and they will become imbalanced and drained of energy.


So:

Train well!

Smile when you confront effort and difficulties, it creates balance.


And Yes. You must smile to brighten up the world.
