Now is the right age to learn Tai Chi

Numerous individuals think they are "too young" or "too elderly" to practice Tai Chi..

But it is because training in the "contemporary" era is uneven.

You see, most instructors will rapidly and mercilessly dismantle a body. Not to mention how severely it might create or aggravate your existing injuries.

However, the cornerstone of our training is balance. We enable anybody (regardless of age) to quickly develop into a vibrant, adaptable, and self-assured Tai Chi practitioner.

At the core of our training is the ideal balance between Yin and Yang (Soft and Hard).

Consequently, I never expose a pupil to an overabundance of Yang (severe) training. Instead, I walk them through balanced training following their circumstances, which:

• Enables you to quickly move blockages that are the root of injury, stiffness, and energy depletion from your QI via the Tai Chi healing way.

• Smoothly absorb the legendary set of Tai Chi fighting skills directly into your body without overwhelming it;

• Allows you to achieve mobility to improve your body, feel younger and energized, and ripe with strength and ferocity for what life brings.

• And many more life-improving methods, usually only accessible to long-term disciples.

If you are young, it is the right moment to start "investing time" in building up your health long term, and if you are older, it is the right time to improve your health in complimenting way to your body and mind energy.

Feel free to ask me any more questions; I'm here for you.
